What is collected
When you submit the inquiry form, NeuNuc receives the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, organization, timing, inquiry type, and message.
How it is used
Your information is used to review and respond to your inquiry, evaluate a possible project or collaboration, maintain necessary business records, and protect the site from abuse. Form submissions are not used to enroll you in a mailing list.
Service providers
Hosting and form-processing providers may process submissions on NeuNuc’s behalf. Stripe processes payment information when you choose a Stripe-hosted checkout. NeuNuc does not receive or store complete card numbers through this website.
Retention and choices
Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for communication, business records, legal obligations, and security. You may request access, correction, or deletion by using the site’s inquiry form and selecting “Something else.”
Important boundary
Do not submit medical records, government identification numbers, account credentials, classified information, controlled unclassified information, or other highly sensitive material through the public form.
